We have several 5-axis CNC milling machines that make it easy to mill precision-tolerance plastic and metal parts with complex geometries. We also offer low-cost machined parts using 3-axis and 4-axis mills.
CNC turning is a more efficient method of manufacturing round parts, such as worm shafts, from plastic and metal rods or tubes. When used in conjunction with power tools, milling geometries can be achieved simultaneously.
EDM and wire-cut is one of the CNC machining processes which uses copper, graphite pattern or molybdenum wire to achieve the design for sharp corners, undercuts and remove whatever un-needed material from workpieces.
